Whitney Omosefe is a learning and development consultant specializing in developing both outcome-oriented and experience-centered coaching, workshops, courses, and training programs. She graduated from Princeton University and earned her Master’s of Education at Lipscomb University before spending 11 years working as a teacher, facilitator, and school leader. Her career has spanned 3 states and 2 continents. Whitney has developed large-scale curriculum strategies, trained educators and other coaches on best practices, and generated measurable results. Over the course of her career, she has had the opportunity to work with leading nonprofits including the Flora Family Foundation, Envision Education, and Teach for America. She is comfortable and experienced conducting work in English, French, and Spanish. Whitney is passionate about coaching and working with goal-oriented clients to develop learning experiences with proven success metrics.
